Best leave in conditioner?

I want to try a leave in conditioner because I have chemically damaged hair, and I used to straighten it everyday (3 months ago). I'm determined to get silky, healthy hair. let me know if you have any suggestions! I also refuse to use dove, herbal essances, pantene, and garnier because my stylist told me these were horrible products. something under $20.00 would also be nice, thank you!
