How and What can help me get a job with Computer Science Degree & No Job or Intern Experience?

I Recently Graduated from college and Im trying to find a way to break in into the the IT field, but I have no experience. I don't know any one even close to being in the field to shed any light for me. Every job i look for are looking for experienced ppl in the field. I need help really bad. Can anyone help me at all. Im very serious about getting into the field, and need some guidance.
