Discouraged with dating :/?

So I've been single for about a year and a half, partly so I could finish my degree and now that I'm interning I'm more open to date because I have more time. That being said, every date I've been on has turned out to be a bust. I can't seem to find anyone. I'm 21, everyone I know is getting married or in a serious relationship it's discouraging. How am I supposed to meet a man if I'm going to an all female University in the fall. I'm not into the bar scene, so don't suggest that I go to the bar. I need real answers, not church, not a party. The field in which I work is dominantly women. So, this is difficult.
