Why do some Christians excuse Israel's human rights violations, and coveting of land from the palestinians?

They want Israel to bulldoze the Al-Aqsa Mosque to rebuild the Holy Temple so that the prophesy of Revelations can be fulfilled, the Christians can be raptured, and they can leave the Jews behind to the Antichrist and the Tribulation. A peace settlement that respects the 1949 border would mess that up.
