Have you ever been victim to a covetous sociopath before?

For instance, a person who covets and wants things that others have (ie: intelligence, looks, career, money, spouse) and finds pleasure ruining and destroying things that they most want in the other person? Pretty much people who would go out of their way and would try and wreck people's lives and find pleasure taking things away from others. These people can be psychologists who try to make mental illness worse to get back at a hospital colleague, lawyers, etc.
