How do I update my resume if I volunteered at a site, then later interned at the same site?

I was doing some volunteer work for a nursing home so I have that on my resume. A few months later, I interned for the same nursing home and am not sure on how to update my resume. Do I just make it a separate "Experience", or would I put the two different titles (Volunteer and Intern) under the same nursing home?
