White Bump on my Clitoris?

I'm only 13, and I'm not sexually active, but I just saw two little white bumps (about the size of a small pimple with white pus) on the hood of my clitoris. Going to the doctor is a last resort, so is there any other way of determining what these little bumps are? I just learned about STDs and genitals this year in school, and although I haven't been sexually active, I'm still freaked.
