Should I go to medical school?

Please if you have personal experience reply to this. I always wanted to be a doctor (mainly a pediatrician or a family physician), but my dream was sort of lost when I saw a kid have a seizure. I don't think i would have to deal with this in the field I would be in, but in Med school, don't you have to go through internships at emergency care centers and stuff? I guess I could probably learn to adapt to the enviornment and I could see myself being okay with it, but still it seems scary. Is it really like that? Also, if i know i want to be a pediatrician can i do all my interning at pediatric center rather than at emergency care? If i wasn't a doctor i have no idea what I would want to be and I really like having a plan so please help me figure this out! (: Thank you.
