Why can't Reggie Bush live up to at least SOME of his USC hype? Serious Q.?

It's because the defensive players he's running against are better than the ones he played against at USC. There's that and the fact that he's on the backside of his career. Running backs take a lot of physical punishment, and they don't last all that long.
