ATM Reference Number?

Ok, I'm trying to figure out what TIME a purchase was made about 2 years ago. I found the purchase date on my bank statement, but it does not give a time, and the bank says they cannot determine the time of purchase. Is there a way to look up the reference number to find out what TIME the purchase was made? This is absolutely critical so please no B.S. answers. Thanks in advance.
