Awkward Internship situation?

i think there's nothing you can do but your best. in life you have to realize that there is always going to be people better than you at something and worse than you at something but you should never try to put yourself down to bring other's up. the only thing that matters is doing your best and being humble and kind to those around you. when someone appreciates your work say thank you and continue on your way. this man is doing his job and you can't do anything for him, you shouldn't have to. he earned his job and if he enjoys it then he does, if not then he doesn't. it has no reflection on you either way. that's life. good luck!
