College student intern (in VA) filling out W-4 - exempt? Allowances? HELP!?

Well, even if you are a dependent, you will pay $60 in income taxes if this is your only income. I don't believe in paying taxes before I have to. I would claim single and 10 allowances knowing I would pay $60 at year end. It's quite legal.
