Financial Analyst Skillset?

I have my B.S. in Finance and I am trying to make my resume more competitive. I have half a year of experience as an intern in the Financial Services field and the same amount of time with taxes(small business/personal). I have great communication skills since I have over 4 years working in the service industry. I am currently learning Quickbooks and I plan on enrolling for the level 1 CFA. What else do I need to improve my resume as a candidate? I'd like a finance/accounting position with no relations to financial advising.
